Recipe Name: SPINACH-RICE CASSEROLE

4 Cup(s) Cooked brown rice

2 Pound(s) Raw, chopped spinach

1 Cup(s) Chopped onion

2 Cloves minced garlic

3 Tablespoon(s) Butter

4 Beaten eggs

1 Cup(s) Milk

1 1/2 Cup(s) Grated cheddar

1/4 Cup(s) Chopped parsley

2 Tablespoon(s) Tamari sauce

1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt, or to taste

Nutmeg, cayenne

1/4 Cup(s) Sunflower seeds

Paprika

 

Saute onions and garlic with salt in butter. When onions are soft,

add spinach. Cook approximately 2 minutes.

 

Combine with all ingredients except sunflower seeds and paprika.

Spread into buttered casserole and sprinkle sunflower seeds and

paprika on top.
