Guest guest Posted February 12, 2002 Report Share Posted February 12, 2002 ASPARAGUS/MUSHROOM CASSEROLE Servings: 1 Comments: 1 Cup(s) Brown rice, uncooked 2 Cup(s) Water 1 Pound(s) Asparagus, cut into -2 " pieces 1/2 Pound(s) Mushrooms, chopped 1 Medium Onion, chopped 1/4 Cup(s) Cashews or sunflower seeds 4 Eggs 4 Cloves garlic, minced 1 Teaspoon(s) Black pepper 1 Teaspoon(s) Marjoram 1/4 Cup(s) Grated mozzarella cheese Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
