Guest guest Posted February 13, 2002 Report Share Posted February 13, 2002 Mocha's Macaroni and Cheese and Cheese and Cheese....lol 1 box 16oz Macaroni pasta 1 box 32oz Velveta cheese 3 cups extra sharp chedder cheese 2 cups colby cheese 2 cups Monterey jack cheese 2 cups Mozzerella cheese 1 1/2half cup carnation can milk 2 medium eggs casserole pan salt to taste garlic to taste(optional) Preheat oven to 350 degree. Boil pasta for about 8-10 minutes. DONT over cook the pasta it will be mushy if you do. Remember it has to go in the oven. Cut up your Velveta cheese while pasta is boling. Layer the bottom the casserole pan with macaroni, velveta, and then other cheeses. Just layer until you run out of room but always the veleveta on top of the macaroni. On the last layer just layer the macaroni with the other cheese no velveta cheese. Beat eggs and milk together and pour evenly over the top. Put in the oven for about 30minutes or until the the cheese is golden brown on top. Yes I like lots of cheese in my Mac and Cheese....LOLOLOLOLOL. Language is an expression of thought.
