Guest guest Posted February 13, 2002 Report Share Posted February 13, 2002 Hearty Healthy Chili----------------------- Fast and Easy --- 1 Can Worthington Low-Fat Chili.- 1 Can (medium sized) diced tomatoes and green chilis.- Optional-1/2 cup diced onions, microwave onions on high for 2 minutes.- 1 tsp. of sugar.- 1 tsp. of onion powder.- Combine ingredients in sauce pan and heat until thouroughly warm to hot.- OPTIONAL, add a dash of hot sauce.This recipe serves 4 Send FREE Valentine eCards with Greetings!
