Guest guest Posted February 12, 2002 Report Share Posted February 12, 2002 Recipe Name: OVEN-ROASTED POTATOES WITH FRESH HERBS Servings: 6 Comments: 2 Pound(s) Red potatoes, small 2 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable stock 1 Teaspoon(s) Fresh rosemary; chopped OR 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Dried rosemary 2 Teaspoon(s) Fresh parsley; chopped OR 1 Teaspoon(s) Dried parsley 2 Teaspoon(s) Paprika 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Dried sage leaves 2 Teaspoon(s) Freshly ground black pepper 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt Vegetable oil spray Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Clean and quarter the potatoes. Toss with the remaining ingredients until well coated. Lightly wipe or spray a baking pan with vegetable oil. Place the potatoes in a single layer on the pan and bake for 30 minutes, until the potatoes are soft and brown. Language is an expression of thought.
