Guest guest Posted February 14, 2002 Report Share Posted February 14, 2002 Recipe Name: POTATOES AU GRATIN Servings: 6 Comments: 2 Tablespoon(s) Oil 2 Large Onions, sliced 1 Each Celery stalk, sliced 1 Each Carrot, diced 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder 1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt 4 Tablespoon(s) Tamari 1 1/4 Cup(s) Cheesy gravy 10 Each Potatoes, baked, peeled & -- sliced 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Paprika 1 Tablespoon(s) Nutritional yeast Preheat oven to 350F. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, celery, carrot & seasonings. Cook for 7 minutes till vegetables are tender. In an 8 X 12 inch baking dish, alternate layers of gravy, potatoes & sauteed vegetables. Repeat. Top with the rest of the gravy. Sprinkle on paprika & nutritional yeast. Bake for 20 minutes.
