Guest guest Posted February 15, 2002 Report Share Posted February 15, 2002 Wild Rice Patties 1 cup raw brown and wild rice (mix) Cook and cool the rice according to package directions. egg substitute equal to three eggs (soy flour or tofu would work well) 1/4 cup Veganaise 1 chopped onion 1 cup chopped pecans salt to taste Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonfuls into an oiled skillet and fry until brown.
