Cherry Crunch Cake

 

This ia a very old and easy " Cherry Crunch Cake " recipe

made with white or yellow Martha White Mix.

" Cherry Crunch Cake "

 

1 16 oz. can Cherry Pie filling

1 Box Martha White White or Yellow cake mix

1 Can (No.2)crushed pineapple,partially drained

1 Cup chopped pecans

1 1/2 sticks melted oleo

 

Butter baking pan, spread cherry pie filling over

bottom of pan. Top with crushed pineapple. Cover with

dry cake mix. Dribble melted oleo evenly over cake mix.

Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake until lightly brown in

350' degree oven. Cool; cut into squares.
