Guest guest Posted February 19, 2002 Report Share Posted February 19, 2002 Maple Blue Smoothie Source: Delicious Kitchen 1 cup low-fat, soy yogurt - blueberry 3/4 cup soymilk or alternative 1 Tbsp. maple syrup 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 2 cups fresh blueberries - frozen COmbine the soy yogurt, soymilk, syrup and cinnamon in a blender. Add the blueberries and blend until smooth.
