Guest guest Posted February 20, 2002 Report Share Posted February 20, 2002 Tofu Patties Source: Natural Lifestyle and Your Health 1 cup tofu 1 Tbsp. soy flour 1 cup oatmeal or bread crumbs 1 small onion, grated or blended in small amount liquid (vegetable juice or water) 1 Tbsp. Brewer's yeast 2 tsp. mixed herbs* 1/2 tsp. sage 3 Tbsp. wheat germ 1 tsp. salt Mix ingredients teogether with just enough moisture to form patties. Brown lighlty in Pam-sprayed fry-pan or baking sheet. Arrange patties in a casserole. Cover with gravy.
