Cover and reduce heat to simmer or lower. 3/4 c. whole millet ground fine in a blender 2 c. water 2 c. soy milk 2 T. coconut(optional) 2 T. Honey 1/2 t. salt Simmer slowly on very low heat for 30-40 minutes. Stir and serve with your favorite sweetener and toppings. *my son and I like homemade cranberry sauce stirred in. Millet is mild tasting and almost sweet by itself.
