Guest guest Posted February 21, 2002 Report Share Posted February 21, 2002 Baked Artichoke Spread1-cup mayonnaise1 cup grated Parmesan cheese2 cans artichoke hearts, drained2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder1-teaspoon paprikaPreheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix themayonnaise, Parmesan, artichoke, mozzarella and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 inch-baking dish. Bake 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
