OR 1 - 5 tspFruit/Nuts = 1 1/2 - 2 C. OR 2 - 3 C.Tips:1. Use 3 0z. Liquid to each 1 C. flour2. Eggs & honey count as liquid ingredients3. Add more yeast with a recipe that has cheese or fruit added4. Add more gluten if using whole wheat or specialty flour5. Whole wheat flour soaks up more liquid than white flour6. Egg breads rise higher & are more delicate than non-egg breads7. Certain breads, like brioche, can have three times the fat8. Breads with more sweetening brown faster9.
