Guest guest Posted February 22, 2002 Report Share Posted February 22, 2002 Baked Stuffed TomatoesServing Size: 4 Ingredient -- Preparation Method4 medium Tomatoes1/3 teaspoon salt1/2 cup Soft Bread Crumbs1/4 cup Parsley1/3 tablespoon Dried Basil--leaves1 clove Garlic--crushed1/8cup Butter--meltedPreheat oven to 375 degrees.Cut top from each tomato; scoop out seeds. Sprinkle inside with salt. In a bowl, mix together bread crumbs, parsley, basil, garlic and butter.
