Guest guest
CORN DOG BATTER ** Great for using with Veggie Dogs** Ingredients 1 cup flour 3/4 cup cornmeal 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 egg ( use an egg subsitute equivalent) 1 cup milk Preparation Mix together in large bowl. Dip hot dogs in batter. Fry in hot grease. NOTE: When you dip your hot dogs in the batter, make sure the end is covered with batter (no hot dog showing) or the batter will " peel " off the dog in the grease. _______________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com

" LOL...Ahhhhhhh man that sounds good. I wonder if Dairy Queen still makes those types of things. Also, Susie, I wanted to thank you for the other 2 recipes (Asian cabbage and portabello mushrooms) that you sent in that I have saved. Thanks much. Last I heard one way to make a deep-fried Twinkie, was to dip it in batter, deep-fry it, coat it in chocolate and cover with powdered sugar...lil too much for me, bleh. Now you've got me on the hunt for one of those banana thingies this weekend.
