Guest guest Posted February 27, 2002 Report Share Posted February 27, 2002 Cashews French Toast Source: Natural Lifestyle and Your Health 8 12 slices of bread (gluten-free if necessary) 2 cups water 2/3 cup raw cashews 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. honey (or alternative) 1 tsp. vanilla Liquefy last 5 ingredients. Dip bread slices in the mixture. Cook on a preheated nonstick griddle until browned on both sides and set in the middle. Serve with a warm fruit sauce or topping of your choice.
