Hummus

Serves: 2 cups, 1/4 cup per serving

Versatile, low in fat and high in fiber, this popular and delicious garbonzo

bean spread is surprisingly simple to prepare right at home.

 

 

Measures Translation Table

 

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked garbonzo beans

2 scoops GeniSoy® Natural Protein Powder

1/4 cup bean stack leftover from cooking (or juice left in the can if using

canned beans)

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 cloves garlic

1 Tbsp. chipped fresh parley

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

3 Tbsp. tahini

 

 

 

Instructions:

1. Puree all of the ingredients together and let them sit for at least 30

minutes before eating to let the flavors develop.
