Includes about 14 grams of soy protein per serving. Measures Translation Table Ingredients: Olive oil-flavored cooking spray 1 cup chopped sweet red pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 1 clove garlic, minced 1 can (29 oz.) tomato sauce 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained, chopped 1 tsp. granulated sugar 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves 1/2 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 2 scoops Vanilla Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix Pasta to serve Instructions: 1. Coat a small saucepan with cooking spray 2. Combine pepper, onion, parsley, and garlic in saucepan 3. Spray vegetables with cooking spray 4. Cook until onion is tender, stirring frequently 5. Stir in next 8 ingredients 6. Bring to a boil 7. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 20 minutes 8. Remove from heat 9. Stir in Personal Edge® Drink Mix 10.
