Red Pepper Bisque

Serves: 2 cups, 1 cup per serving

Five easy steps are all it takes to prepare this simple yet zesty, elegant

and appetizing soup.

 

 

Measures Translation Table

 

Ingredients:

1/2 cup skim milk

1 jar (7 oz.) roasted sweet red peppers, undrained

2 scoops Vanilla Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix

2 Tbsp. Neufchatel cheese, softened

2 tsp. white wine vinegar

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish

1/8 tsp. ground red pepper

Chopped parsley to garnish

 

 

 

Instructions:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with a

steel blade

2. Process until smooth

3. Transfer to a small saucepan

4. Stirring occasionally, cook over medium heat until heated through

5. Spoon individual serving bowls and garnish with chopped parsley if

desired
