LightLife Gimme Lean Breakfast Burritos (Its vegetarian)

Serves: 4 servings

 

Measures Translation Table

 

Ingredients:

1/2 package Gimme Lean!TM Sausags

2 tablespoon canola oil

1/8 cup onions, diced

1/8 cup red and green peppers, diced

2 packages tofu, crumbled; or 6 eggs or egg substitute equivalent, scrambled

1/2 cup light cheddar cheese or cheese alternative, shredded

salt & pepper to taste

1 package flour tortillas

 

 

 

Instructions:

1. Sauté Gimme Lean!TM Sausage in 2 tablespoon oil with onions, and

peppers until the Gimme Lean!TM Sausage is browned.

2. Add tofu or eggs. Continue to stir mixture until tofu is hot, or eggs

firm up.

3. Add salt and pepper to taste. Gently fold in cheese to melt. Serve in

warm tortilla with your favorite salsa.
