VANILLA WAFER CAKE (it's awesome and easy!)

I'd back down on the margarine

some. . . .

 

2 sticks margarine,softened

1/2 cup milk

6 beaten eggs

1 cup pecans

7 ounces coconut

2 cups sugar

12 ounce box crushed vanilla wafers

 

By hand, mix it all up. Pour into a sprayed Bundt pan. Bake at 350

for 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes
