Cook milk and flour until thick; cool, and then add remaining ingredients. Beat until fluffy. Use mixture to frost between layers but not sides.Twinkiesfrosting or filling.1/2 c oleo 1/2 c Crisco1 c sugar3/4 c evaporated milk1 Tablespoon vanillaCream oleo and Crisco. Add sugar. Add milk and vanilla. The longer you beat the better it is.
