Guest guest Posted March 5, 2002 Report Share Posted March 5, 2002 Peach Cobbler Makes 1 - 9 x 13 inch cobbler Ingredients 4 cups fresh peaches - peeled, pitted and sliced 1/2 cup butter 1 cup white sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup milk 2 tablespoons white sugar Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Melt butter; put it in the bottom of a large casserole or 9 x 13 inch pan. 2. Slice peaches, and add enough sugar to sweeten. Place in casserole dish. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the 1 cup sugar, salt, baking powder, flour, cinnamon, and milk. Spoon batter over the peaches. 4.
