Guest guest Posted March 4, 2002 Report Share Posted March 4, 2002 SPICY VEGETARIAN SALMON FILLET 1 package Veat Fillet Pinch of salt 2 teaspoons fresh ginger root, peeled and minced 1 tablespoon margarine, melted Heat oven to 450 degrees. Lightly oil a shallow baking dish. Season Veat Fillet with salt. On a separate plate, mix the ginger and pepper. Dip one side only of the fillet in mixture, pressing lightly. Arrange Veat Fillet, topping side up, in the oiled dish and drizzle with margarine (optional). Bake the Veat Fillet, basting once with pan juices for 5-6 minutes. Makes approx. 3 servings.
