SPAGHETTI AND VEATBALLS

VEAT GOURMET-BITES

 

 

2 packages Vegetarian Gourmet Bites

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

1 medium size onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crumbled

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 can peeled tomatoes, undrained

1 small can tomato paste

1 small can tomato sauce

1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained

 

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook,

stirring frequently until onions soften.

Add Veat Gourmet Bites to skillet. Add salt, basil, and sugar. Cook for 2-3

minutes.

Add peeled tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato sauce into Veat mixture.

Simmer uncovered 10-12 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti noodles.

 

Makes approx. 4 Servings.
