Guest guest Posted March 11, 2002 Report Share Posted March 11, 2002 Sugar Free Almond Meringue Cookies4 egg whites8 tablespoons powdered skim milk1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon almond extract1 teaspoon (4 packets) Sweet 'N Low®Beat egg whites until stiff. Add skim milk powder. Mix well. Add extracts and Sweet 'N Low. Spoondrop onto cookie sheet.
