Guest guest Posted March 11, 2002 Report Share Posted March 11, 2002 Butterfinger CakeIngredients:1 angel food cake, crumbled1 stick butter4 egg yolks2 cups confectioners sugar1 teaspoon vanilla1 (16 oz) Cool Whip8 large Butterfinger barsInstructions:1. Two or more hours ahead, freeze candy bars in wrappers. Crushbars ( while still in wrappers ) using a rolling pin.2. Cream butter, egg yolks, sugar and vanilla and add Cool Whip.Layer 9 x 13 inch pan with 1/2 angel food cake; next layer 1/2creamed mixture; next layer 1/2 Butterfingers.
