< DIV>Firecracker Pasta Salad______________________________This salad is great to keep on hand for an easy

lunch or a light dinner. Enjoy!Ingredients:16 oz. of Penne Pasta 16 oz. of Rotelle Pasta 2 cups of diced yellow onion 2 cups of diced green bell pepper 2 cups of diced red bell pepper 2 1/2 cups of ranch dressing 1/3 cup BBQ sauce 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 cup minced scallions salt and pepper to taste Preparation:Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse in cold water until cool and drain well. In large bowl, mix pasta, onions, and peppers. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well.
