Guest guest Posted March 23, 2002 Report Share Posted March 23, 2002 Sharon Case's 'Moulin Rouge' Crepes Sharon is an award winning star of the "The Young and the Restless" Ingredients" 1 Cup Milk 1 Egg 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour Pinch of Salt 1/2 Teaspoon Canola Oil 8 Teaspoons butter 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese Preparation: In a blender, mix milk, egg, flour, salt and oil on medium speed until smooth. Pour into a bowl. Cover and refegerate for at least two hours. In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Lifting the skillet at a slight angle, pour 2 tablespoons batter into the center, tilting the pan to spread batter evenly to edges. Return to heat and cook for one minute. Turn crepe and sprinkle with cheese. Cook one more minute or until golden. Fold in quarters. Repeat seven times.
