Guest guest Posted March 26, 2002 Report Share Posted March 26, 2002 Cookies 'N' Cream ParfaitsIngredients:42 Hershey's Kisses Milk Chocolates1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or 15 large marshmallows1/3 cup milk12 Hershey's Cookies 'N' Creme Nuggets1 cup (1/2 pint) cold whipping creamWhipped cream6 Hershey's Special Dark MiniaturesInstructions: 1. Remove wrappers from Kisses; coarsely chop chocolate. Combine marshmallows and milk in small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows are melted and mixtureis smooth. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted and smooth. Cool completely to room temperature. Meanwhile, remove wrappers from Nuggets; coarsely chop. 2. Beat whipping cream until stiff in medium bowl; gradually fold in cooled chocolate mixture. Using half of mousse, divide between parfait glasses; sprinkle each with chopped Nuggets. Spoon remaining mousse on top of Nuggets layers. Cover; refrigerate 2 hours or until set. 3. Remove wrappers from Miniatures.
