Wash the parsley. Tear into "florets" with a 1/2-inch stem. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Whisk together the egg and milk. Pre-heat the oil to 350.Dip the parsley first in the flour, then the egg mix and finally back into the flour. Place in the hot oil and fry until brown (about 1 minute).Drain on paper towel.
