Fried Parsley1 bunch Parsley1 1/2 cup Flour1 Egg, beaten1/2 cup MilkSalt and pepperOil for fryingUse these tasty bits as a garnish for steaks or potatoes. Wash the parsley. Tear into "florets" with a 1/2-inch stem. Season the flour with salt and pepper. Whisk together the egg and milk. Pre-heat the oil to 350.Dip the parsley first in the flour, then the egg mix and finally back into the flour. Place in the hot oil and fry until brown (about 1 minute).Drain on paper towel. Serve immediately.
