Guest guest Posted March 29, 2002 Report Share Posted March 29, 2002 Iceberg Lettuce Wedge SaladThis simple presentation from the recent past is showing up on restaurant menus.Serves 4-61 head Iceberg lettuceSalad dressing (Blue cheese works well)Fresh ground pepperRemove a few outer leaves from the lettuce. Rinse well with cold water. Drain. Cut into 4-6 wedges (depending on its size). Place each wedge, flat side down, on a salad plate. Drizzle on an ample amount ofdressing.
