Guest guest Posted March 31, 2002 Report Share Posted March 31, 2002 Sugar Free Peanut Balls 1 cup margarine2 tablespoons granulated artificial sweetener1 teaspoon vanilla extract2 tablespoons water2 cups all-purpose flour1 egg white1/2 cup chopped peanutsDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) about 10 minutes before bakingBeat margarine and sugar till fluffy. Add vanilla, water, and flour, mixing well. Refrigerate 1 hour.Form into 1 inch balls, dip into beaten egg white and roll into peanuts. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
