Add a your favorite fruit or pie filling and you have a fantastic treat.Enjoy!Ingredients:1 1/2 cups egg whites (12 or 13 egg whites)1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar1/2 tsp. salt1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup plus 1 Tbsp. flourPreparation: Preheat oven 325Beat egg whites; add cream of tartar and salt when eggs are frothy. Continue beating until the egg whites will stand upright. Fold in the flour and the sugar.
