Guest guest Posted April 5, 2002 Report Share Posted April 5, 2002 Oven Roasted Potatoes Servings: 4Ingredients: 1/8 cup olive oil1 tablespoon minced garlic1/2 teaspoon dried basil1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed1/2 teaspoon dried thyme1/2 teaspoon oregano1/2 teaspoon dried parsley1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes1/2 teaspoon salt4 large potatoes, peeled and choppedDirections: 1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C). 2. In a large bowl combine oil, garlic, basil, marjoram, dill weed, thyme, oregano, parsley, red pepper flakes and salt; mix well. Stir in potatoes. Place potatoes in a roasting pan or on a baking sheet. 3.
