Chocolate Cupcake JewelsIngredients:Batter3 cups flour, all purpose2 cups sugar1/2 cup cocoa, plus 1 tablespoon1/4 teaspoon salt2 cups milk2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh2 teaspoons vanilla2/3 cup oilFilling12 oz cream cheese1/2 cup sugar2 eggs1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup Heath bars, crushed2/3 cup chocolate chipsInstructions:Batter1. Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl. Add milk, lemon juice,vanilla and oil; stir to blend well.Filling1. Blend together cream cheese (room temperature) and sugar untilno lumps remain. Beat in eggs and salt. Stir in Heath bars andchocolate chips.2. Spray 24 muffin tins with vegetable oil spray or use paper liners.Fill cups 1/2 to 2/3 full with batter. Drop cream cheese mixture bylarge tablespoonsful onto the batter. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutesor until a toothpick inserted in chocolate part comes out clean.
