Guest guest Posted April 5, 2002 Report Share Posted April 5, 2002 Ming's Breakfast Soy-Banana Shake Copyright, 2000, Ming Tsai, 4 cups skim milk 2 bananas, peeled 2 scoops Spiru-tein Vanilla (Soy Protein Powder with Spirulina) or any equivalent powder 5 small pieces of ice In a blender, add milk and bananas and top with powder and ice. On low speed, blend mix until very smooth. Serve in tall glasses.
