Ming's Breakfast Soy-Banana Shake

 

Copyright, 2000, Ming Tsai,

 

4 cups skim milk

2 bananas, peeled

2 scoops Spiru-tein Vanilla (Soy Protein Powder with

Spirulina) or any equivalent powder

5 small pieces of ice

In a blender, add milk and bananas and top with powder

and ice. On low speed, blend mix until very smooth.

Serve in tall glasses.

 

Yield: 2 servings

Prep Time: 8 minutes

 

 

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 4 minutes

Difficulty: Easy
