Guest guest Posted April 8, 2002 Report Share Posted April 8, 2002 Baked French Toast 1 loaf white bread, cubed 8 oz. cream cheese, cubed and softened 1 dozen large eggs 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 cup milk The night before serving, line the bottom of a 11 x 13 inch pan with half of the bread cubes. Layer cream cheese on top of the bread. Add remaining bread cubes on top. Beat eggs, maple syrup, and the milk together.Pour mixture over the bread. Cover and refrigerate over night. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly golden.
