Guest guest Posted April 8, 2002 Report Share Posted April 8, 2002 Chik Fried Rice Course: Main Course Serves: 6 People Ingredients 4 cups cooked rice 4 ounce carton Morningstar Farms Scramblers 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 12.5 ounce can Worthington Low Fat FriChik; drained and diced 1/2 cup green onions; chopped 1 cup frozen peas and carrots 1 tablespoon soy sauce Instructions Cook Scramblers over low heat in a non-stick skillet-set aside. Heat oil in non-stick skillet or wok and add vegetables. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes then add rice/FriChik/soy sauce and garlic. Chop cooked Scramblers and add to rice mixture. Continue to stir fry for 5 minutes or until rice begins to turn golden brown.
