You can cook the soybeans ahead of time or buy the canned version. Serves: 6 Measures Translation Table Ingredients: 3 T. olive oil 1 large onion, medium dice 4 cloves minced garlic 1 package Lean LinksTM, thinly sliced 1 T. Italian seasoning 2 - 15oz. cans of diced tomatoes 1 1/2 cups yellow soybeans (canned) 3 cups cooked pasta, penne or rotelle Instructions: 1. In a large skillet, saute the Lean LinksTM and onion over medium heat in olive oil, about 3 minutes. 2. Add the garlic and saute for 1 more minute. 3. Add the Italian seasoning, tomatoes, cooked soybeans and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce is thoroughly heated. 4. Toss with pasta, and serve immediately.
