Guest guest Posted April 9, 2002 Report Share Posted April 9, 2002 Tofu Rice Stir Fry Serves: 5 cups, 1 cup per serving Measures Translation Table Ingredients: 1/3 cup light soy sauce 1/3 cup rice vinegar 3 Tbsp. sesame oil 1-12.3 oz. package Mori-Nu® Silken Tofu Extra Firm, drained and cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1/2 cup carrots, chopped 1/2 cup celery, sliced 1/2 cup scallions, sliced 1/4 cup fresh ginger, sliced 1 cup cooked rice Instructions: 1. Combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and Mori-Nu® Silken Tofu Extra Firm. Marinate in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour. 2. Heat all above ingredients in wok. Add carrots, celery, scallions and ginger. Stir fry until all vegetables are just crisp-tender. 3. Add rice. Stir fry to heat through. Serve hot. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
