Measures Translation Table Ingredients: 8 cups water 6 oz. uncooked fettuccine 3/4 cup broccoli flowerets 3/4 cup sliced carrots 6 spears asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces 1 Tbsp. light vegetable margarine 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour 2 cups skim milk 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper 1/8 tsp. ground oregano 3 scoops Vanilla Personal Edge® Fat Metabolizer Drink Mix Instructions: 1. In a Dutch oven, bring water to a boil 2. Add fettuccine, broccoli, carrots, and asparagus 3. Bring to a boil again and cook 6 to 8 minutes or until pasta and vegetables are tender 4. Drain; rinse with hot water and drain 5. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat 6. Stir in flour and cook 1 minute 7. Whisk milk into flour 8. Stir in next 5 ingredients 9.
