Noodles Romanoff

Serves: 8 servings

 

Measures Translation Table

 

Ingredients:

1 lb. flat noodles

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup oil

2 cups soymilk

1 1/2 scoops GeniSoy® Ultra-XT Protein Powder (1/4 cup

plus 2 Tbsp.)

1/2 lb. tofu

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

6 tablespoons soy Parmesan

Salt, to taste

 

 

 

Instructions:

1. Boil the noodles in salted water until al dente,

and drain

2. Preheat the oven to 350° F

3. Sauté the onion and garlic in the olive oil until

translucent

4. Blend the soymilk and protein powder in a food

processor or blender until smooth and creamy

5. Combine all the ingredients, and pour into a

2-quart baking dish

6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes

7. Serve hot with more soy parmesan on the side, if

you like
