I always boil extras incase come split. 9 Hard boiled eggs 3 table spoons sweet pickle relish about 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tbsp of mustard Paprika salt and pepper to taste Slice eggs in half. Put yolks and split or extra half's in a med bowl. Mash up add the pickle relish and the mayonnaise. Blend Salt and pepper to taste. Fill the egg halves and place on egg plate sprinkle with paprika.
