Guest guest Posted April 9, 2002 Report Share Posted April 9, 2002 Taters and Onions 5 or 6 medium potatoes 2 medium onions 1/4 cup oil salt and pepper Wash and slice potatoes (I leave the skin on mine) about 1/4 inch thick. Peal onions and cut into slices. Heat the oil add the potatoes and onions, slow fry stirring often with a flat spatula, scraping bottom of frying pan. Taters and Onions are done when tender and brown. Put a couple paper towels in bottom of serving dish before you take them up salt and pepper to taste. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
