With a sharp knife hold corn by top stand in a pan and slicing downward remove thin layer of the corn all way around then go back and scrape down to remove all the cream from the cob. 1 quart fresh cream corn 3 Tbs Corn Oil 1 cup milk 1 1/2 tsp sugar Salt and pepper In a large bowl. Add the corn, the milk and the sugar and mix well. Heat the oil in a large frying pan , add the corn mix and simmer on medium for 10 to 15 minutes stirring often scraping bottom of pan, Be careful not to burn adjust heat if needed. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
