Guest guest Posted April 9, 2002 Report Share Posted April 9, 2002 Plain old fried okra 1 pound fresh okra washed and cut up 1/4 cup oil salt and pepper Heat oil in bottom of large frying pan add the okra and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper for cooking. Reduce heat to med and slow fry the okra stirring often scraping bottom of pan each time until the okra is tender and slightly browning. ===== Language is an expression of thought.
