Zippy Coleslaw

 

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup apple-cidar vinegar

1 - 2 tsp sugar

- pinch cayenne pepper -

2 tsp dill seed

- salt & pepper to taste -

2 1/2 lb cabbage (about 1/2 head), finely chopped

3 peppers, red, yellow & green finely sliced

1 small bunch fresh green onions, diced

 

Directions

Place the mayonnaise, vinegar, 1 tablespoon water,

sugar, cayenne pepper and dill seed in a medium bowl;

whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper; set

aside. Combine the cabbage, peppers and green onions

in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to combine.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

 

Serves 8 to 10
