Belle's Cabbage Casserole

 

Ingredients:

2 cups hot, cooked cabbage

1 medium onion, diced

2 cups hot, cooked potatoes

2 tablespoons butter

2/3 cups grated cheese

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

 

Saute onion in butter and mix with cabbage,

potatoes and seasoning. Turn into buttered casserole

and sprinkle with the grated cheese and paprika.

Bake in 400-degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes, or

until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
