*******************************~~~Rolo Pecan Pie ~~~*********************************Ingredients:44 Rolo Chewy Caramels in Milk Chocolate, divided3 eggs, lightly beaten1 cup light corn syrup1/4 cup sugar3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted1 teaspoon vanilla extract1 cup chopped pecans9 inch unbaked pastry shellWhipped creamPecan halves (optional)Instructions:1. Heat oven to 350 F. Remove wrappers from 25 chewycaramels; cut each into quarters.

2. Combine eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla in largebowl; beat until well blended. Stir in chewy caramels and choppedpecans; pour into pastry shell.

3. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted halfway betweencenter and edge of pie comes out clean. Cool completely on wirerack. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

4. Remove wrappers from remaining 19 chewy caramels. Garnishtop of pie with whipped cream, chewy caramels and pecan halves,if desired. Serves 8 to 10..
